The Service Engineering Model Specialist provides immediate and/or short-term support to the Technical Help Desk, Field Technical Representatives and Customer Service Managers to resolve Western Hemisphere (W/H) operator issues, including Aircraft-on-Ground (AOG) and troubleshooting support. Incumbent will serve as the coordinator for technical and program communications regarding his/her aircraft model, inside and outside of Dassault. In addition, incumbent will monitor in-service aircraft feedback and ensure continuous technical synthesis to identify and substantiate fleet issues, providing this data back to Dassault Aviation for product improvements.
