Parts Value

Dassault Falcon re-evaluates parts pricing on a daily basis. Since 2004, Dassault Falcon Spares has reduced prices on more than 5,000 parts. In one six-month period, prices decreased an average of 12.5% on nearly 3,300 parts. In addition, the Added Value & Pricing Guarantee allows Falcon customers to have an additional opportunity to raise a concern about the price of a part.

If after a formal review, Falcon finds that a customer could procure an equivalent component at a lower price with the same value as a Genuine Dassault Replacement Part, Dassault Falcon will adjust the price to meet the competition anytime prior to installation. If Dassault can't show a better value, the customer can return the part for full credit without the applicable restocking fee.
